In 2022, Nick moved back to his home “town” of San Francisco. After more than a decade of working around the country on large, complex projects, Nick’s goal is to bring that same level of organization and accountability to residential construction in the Bay Area.
He is passionate about building lasting relationships with his clients and enjoys watching the vision you have for your home, come to life.
Today, Nick remains directly involved throughout every OW Builders project, from the initial project-fit conversation and preconstruction planning to trade coordination, construction oversight, client decisions, and final closeout.
